Student Data

Begining in the 2022 school year, every public school district must identify each curriculum, testing, or assessment technology provider with access to students' educational data and provide notice to parents and students a list of those technology providers. Other sections within this law require our contracts to be updated with technology providers that have access to educational data. We are actively working on ensuring that every one of our partners can meet these new requirements.

To handle these new requirements, the district has contracted with Learn Platform through the SWWC Service Cooperative. This will allow parents or students to view all technology providers the district is working with. It will also allow parents or students the ability to view the contract and privacy policy between the district and the technology provider. This regional approach allows us to work with other districts to leverage these contracts in a timely manner.

Learn Platform will be available for parents to log in and look at contracts within 30 days of the start of school. We will send a JMC email alert out when it is ready. The link will be available on this page.
